1- Seashell bouquets
2- Felt bouquets
I could see these being cool at the right wedding and it would certainly save the $$- put the money towards a blow-your-socks off photographer :)Paper Flowers
These have come a long way since I last saw them!... and over sized paper bouquets wowzers!
Book page bouquets
Yarn ball bouquets
A bouquet for everyone I guess!
Plaster Flower Bouquets
My friend Megan Wells (check out her awesome blog HERE) used to be a designer (like do all the cool window sets etc) for Anthropologie and she told me one about how she was dipping fake flowers in plaster and painting them... I feel like this is what that is. Kinda cool.

Brooch Bouquets
Okay if I did forgo the flower bouquet it would be for this, I LOVE these. I did a whole post of them HEREFabric Bouquets
I did kinda swoon when I saw this! So, what do you think? Do fresh flowers trump all or did one of these win you over? I think fresh flowers win... but if not, the brooch bouquet and this fabric bouquet are pretty darn cool! I think it depends on the look you are going for. The alternatives like fabric and paper really do play into the DIY/shabby chic trend. And I do love the brooch bouquets! I could pass on the yarn and seashells, though!
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose, I'd be going with the brooch bouquets. They look so stunning and definitely unique!
