Romantic Alexandria Engagement session

Howdy! So thrilled to share today's e-session with you. When I met Carla and Travis they described their style as laid back and romantic.  We wanted to capture their fun personalities and their love. I really loved spending time with this so sweet couple, and capturing this special time in their lives.  Hope you enjoy the pics.

I climbed SO high in a tree to get this shot... TOTALLY worth the climb!

Had to transition to vintage for a sec... I just thought it looked so awesome that way

And I'm starting a new little fun twist. Every job I shoot I want to do an Instagram shot of the day. Just for funzies. And bc they always look too cool. Here's Carla and Travis' Instagram of the day, thought it turned out dreamy!

Also, if you don’t already follow us on Facebook, I encourage you to. I post awesome giveaways  (prints, engagement sessions, wedding décor etc), DIY projects, wedding trends, inspirational ideas, and of course creative, artistic photography. What was your favorite shot of this sesh? I always wonder! Will you leave a comment and share? (comment need approval before they'll show up).  Surprisingly, I think my personal favorite is the last willow tree one, I love the pose we did, the emotion, the light. Really beautiful! :) Let me know which one is catching your eye. Thanks yall!
